The format for training will be as follows:

Daily Sessions:

Boys and Girls ages 10-13: 7:00-8:00 PM

Boys and Girls ages 14-18: 7:15-8:45 PM

Monday: Basics of goalkeeping, Footwork, Handling and Positioning

Tuesday: Diving

Wednesday: High balls and Crosses

Thursday: 1 v 1 and Keeper Wars
